Have your birthday party at the Y!

 

Looking for a place to host your child's next birthday party? The Van Wert YMCA is a perfect place to have your family or child's birthday party on Friday's and Saturdays. With three different package options, we are sure to have the party that will fit you and your child's needs.

 

Start by deciding what kind of fun you and your family want to have: 

Bounce House

Options:​​​​​​

1) One hour of bounce house and one hour in the party room!

or

2) Two hours of bounce house and one hour in the party room!
(Price increases for 2 hours of bounce house)

Swimming Parties

Swimming Parties

Options:

1) One hour of swimming with one hour of the party room

or

2) One hour of swimming with one hour of bounce house & party room.

(2 hours total, bounce house and party room split.  Additional fees apply for option 2)

 

*Disclaimer* 

Swimming parties have a max of 25 swimmers. If there are more than 25 swimmers, we will add a charge of $3.00 per person due to the need for an additional lifeguard.

 Nerf Wars

Options:

1) One hour of nerf war game with one hour of the party room. 

or

2) One hour of swimming with 45 minutes of party room & 45 minutes of nerf war game.  

(Additional fees apply for the addition of swimming)

How many people can we invite?

Swim parties can have up to 25 swimmers.  There is an extra fee for each additional swimmer over 25 due to the need for an additional lifeguard.

If you are choosing a bounce house party or nerf wars party, you may bring up to 40 guests. 

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes! You are welcome to bring pre-made food and drinks. We have some refrigerator and freezer space should you need it. Alcohol is not permitted.

How early can we arrive to decorate?

You may come one hour early to decorate the room.

Additional Details:
  • Cancellation Policy - A third of the payment will be due at the time of booking the party and non-refundable. A cancellation must be received a minimum of three days prior to day of party. 
  • Waiver Form - All parents or guardians must fill out a guest release and wavier of liability form for their children prior to participating in the birthday party. If you choose the bounce house or nerf wars, you must fill out a responsibility checklist for each.
