Train Line an Athlete!
This class for youth athletes ages 5-18 years old can work with our Certified Personal Trainer
on cardio, flexibility, and some strength training (older participants) to prepare for upcoming
sporting seasons.
There are 2 separate classes on Tuesdays, one for ages 5-12 years old (5pm) and one for 13-18 years old (6pm). No registration necessary.
Class will happen weekly!
