Stay active and connected with our Silver Sneakers program, designed for seniors to improve strength, balance, range of motion, and functional movement. Build friendships through our monthly cookies and coffee (1st Tuesday of every month) and Luncheons (Last Thursday of every month), featuring guest speakers from local organizations. A class that's as social as it is beneficial! Monthly gatherings are FREE and open to all Seniors!
