Youth Sports Performance Class

Train Line an Athlete!

This class for youth athletes ages 3-18 years old can work with our Certified Personal Trainer 
on cardio, flexibility, and some strength training (older participants) to prepare for upcoming
sporting seasons.

There are 2 separate classes, one for ages 3-12 years old and one for 13-18 years old.  No registration necessary.  
Weekly classes for now.
