Functional fitness and Circuit Training will help you reach your fitness goals!  The class is FUN and challenging with personal attention paid to each member of the class.  The class is lead boy our certified personal trainer Kelly.  Each participant will learn how to properly use dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, and more!  Bring your friends and enjoy!
